Yes! All of our gear is beginner-friendly. Tents set up in minutes (even faster with two people), pads self-inflate, and sleeping bags are ready to roll.
We’ll also make sure you feel confident before you leave. At pickup, we’ll go over the basics in person, and every renter gets a step-by-step tent setup PDF and short video to reference at camp. Most people have their tent up in under 10 minutes!

Our sleeping bags are rated to 35°F—perfect for most spring, summer, and fall trips in the Catskills, Hudson Valley, Vermont, or Pennsylvania.

Absolutely. Sleeping bags are fully washed and dried with gear-safe detergent after every rental, pads are sanitized, and tents are inspected and cleaned.

Standard pickup is Wednesdays in Greenpoint, with returns on Mondays. If you need different timing, just reach out—we’re flexible when possible.

We don’t offer delivery ourselves, but pickup is easy—we’re just two blocks from the Greenpoint Ave stop on the G train. Some renters use Uber Connect (package delivery in the Uber app) to shuttle gear to and from our studio. Pricing is set by Uber and shown upfront in the app, and it can be a handy option if you’d rather not carry gear on the subway.

No—we take care of all cleaning and sanitizing. If it rains during your trip, just pack the gear up as best you can and let us know when you return it. We’ll handle drying and cleaning to make sure it’s ready for the next camper.

We often sell out of tents before festival weekends, so it’s best to book early. If you need gear last minute, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
