These are our busiest weekends of the season—and gear tends to book out early.
👉 If you already have a trip in mind, we recommend reserving ahead to lock in your dates.
To make things easier, we offer Tuesday drop-off for long weekend rentals, so you can enjoy your final day outdoors without rushing back to the city.

***If you are renting gear for one of our Basecamp Brooklyn Events, no need to pick up your gear. We will bring it to the event for you.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 or more days before your pickup date are eligible for a full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before your pickup date, but before Monday at 5am of your pickup week, are eligible for a 50% refund, minus the processing fee.
Cancellations made Monday at 5am of your pickup week or later are not eligible for a refund.
Because our rental inventory is limited and your reservation prevents other campers from booking that gear, we are unable to offer exceptions for last-minute cancellations, weather changes, travel changes, or unused gear.
