We’re firing up the grills for Summer Grillin’, our midsummer camping weekend that celebrates smoky flavors, outdoor adventure, and nights around the fire. From goldenrod fields swaying in the breeze to BBQ feasts that bring everyone to the table, this is a weekend designed to soak up the best of summer with good food, great people, and plenty of firelight.

🔥 Open-Fire Cooking → Chef Allan grills smoky meats, charred veggies, and seasonal sides all weekend long.
🌾 Golden Fields & Wide Skies → A peak-summer backdrop for camping, relaxing, and connecting.
💦 Summer Adventures → River swims, hikes, scenic drives, and laid-back Catskills exploring.
🍫 Campfire Magic → Toasts, s’mores, and long evenings around the flames.
👫 All Are Welcome → From seasoned campers to first-timers, everyone belongs here.
The Flow of the Weekend
On Friday night, campers roll in and gather for a tapas-style welcome dinner before circling up around the fire to connect and unwind under the stars.
Saturday is a celebration of summer at full tilt — Breakfast hot off the grill, and an evening of Chef Allan’s smoky meats, charred veggies, and bold seasonal sides. In between, campers dive into swimming holes, take scenic rides or drives, or simply relax in the meadow before returning for another feast and firelit evening of laughter, toasts, and s’mores.
Sunday morning closes with coffee, breakfast, and slow goodbyes — full bellies, new friendships, and smoky clothes carrying the memory of the weekend home.
